The Lightning Thief
I have seen the movie of Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief.I have also read the book.
Both are about the same in their content which is basically , Zeus ,god of the skies the and wielder of the lightning bolt , has lost his lightning bolt and puts the blame on a demigod named Percy Jackson , the son of the sea god , Poseidon. In order to prove his innocence ,Percy sets on a journey to help Zeus retrieve is lightning bolt.
My favourite character in the story is Percy. The reason why I like Percy is because he is a teenager who has great values and perseverance.
I enjoyed reading this book as there a lot of twists and turns making the story fun and interesting.I have learnt many vocabs and the spirit of never give up in the face of setbacks.
